International Commercial Transactions

This area of practice includes drafting and negotiating of international commercial contracts in all field of commerce. Our lawyers have considerable experience with special requirements of private and public international law. Cross-border transactions are an important part of our practice in particular when it involves Malaysian participation and interest. So far, we have had the opportunity and experience in many cross border transactions and have established associates in many of those countries. To name a few, these countries include the United States of America, British Virgin Island, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Lao PDR and etc.

Real Estate Development

Our Firm’s real estate practice encompasses legal issues involved in buying, selling, developing, financing, restructuring, building, leasing and managing properties. Among our clients are developers of projects including commercial, industrial and residential projects. As part of enhanced services, we regularly negotiates our real estate agreements with various related parties including but not limited to the buyers, sellers, developers, lenders, architects or contractors. Likewise, the Firm has also developed extensive experience in dealing and negotiating commercial leases. Our representation includes advisory and litigation arising in connection with real estate matters and other dispute incident to the ownership or investment in real property as well.

The Firm’s criminal defense practice includes the representation of clients in criminal investigations and proceedings. The Firm’s experience in this area encompasses all phases of the criminal judicial process from preliminary investigation through trial and appellate proceedings, witness preparation, preparation of numerous types of subpoenas and motions.
