DATO’ HJ. AB. GANI BIN CHE MAN

The Founder of the Firm was born in Alor Gajah, Melaka and received his secondary education at Sekolah Dato’ Abdul Razak Tg. Malim. Y.Bhg was a former senior police officer with the Royal Malaysian Police Force with the rank of Superintendent of Police. He is a qualified Advocates & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and the holder of a Diploma in Public Administration, Diploma in Law and Advance Diploma in Law from MARA Institute of Technology.

ZULFAHAMI BIN ABU BAKAR

He receives his early education at Royal Military College (RMC), Sungei Besi and further completed his study in law at National University of Malaysia with LLB.(hons). UKM. Called to the BAR on 15.3.2001 and thereafter pursued his practice in Klang and Kuala Lumpur including in Messrs. Nik Hussain & Partners, Messrs Rajes Hisham Pillai & Gopal (formerly know as “Raghavji & Pillai) and Messrs. Karpal Singh & Co. He has been specialising in Banking Litigation as well as General litigation and Criminal. He is currently stationed at our Johor Bahru Branch..

NOORIZA BINTI MOHAMED

She has completed her pupilage in the Chamber of Mr. Mani Maran a/l Chellappan of Messrs V.P. Nathan & Partners Kuala Lumpur and joined the firm as a legal assistant. In Messrs V.P. Nathan & Partners, she has been exposed to the various aspects of laws especially in litigation. She is now attached to our Malacca Branch handling conveyancing and banking matters.

HARLINA MOHAMAD HARON

She graduated from Institute Technology Mara with Advanced Diploma in Law (now known as Bachelor of Law (Honours) in 1995. She completed her pupilage at Messsrs Maxwell Kenion Cowdy & Jones, Ipoh and was called to the Bar in 1996. Throughout her career as legal practitioner, she has worked in several firms in Kuala Lumpur such as Messrs How & Associates, Messrs Aris & Co. and Messrs Zainuddin & Co. handling conveyancing, banking and corporate matters. She is currently attached at our Desa Pandan Branch handling conveyancing and banking matters.

SUSILA BINTI YUNUS

She received her secondary education at the Sekolah Menengah Agama Kerajaan Johor, Kluang and graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia with Bachelor of Laws (Honours). She reads in chamber Puan Herlina binti Ahmad Basri at Messrs. Khairuddin Lina Leong & Co, Kajang and currently attached to our Litigation Department at our Johore Branch.

NIK HAZAMUDDIN BIN NIK HASAN

He graduated from International Islamic University, Malaysia with Bachelor of Laws (Honous). After called to the Bar, he had pursued his career as legal executive at several company in Kelantan and Kuala Lumpur thereafter he has decided to join our firm stationed at Desa Pandan branch

ALWANI BINTI MOHD YUSOF

Alwani received her secondary education at SMKA Johor Bahru and SMK. Sultan Ismail Johor Bahru. She has graduated with L.L.B (Hons) and Diploma in Law of Administration & Islamic Judiciary from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2007. She has completed her pupilage under supervison of Mr.Leney Abdrew Albert from Messrs Syed Alwi, Ng & Co. Johor Bahru and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in July 2008. She immediately joined the firm as Legal Assistant. She has exposed mainly in Conveyancing matters and also banking documentation as well. She currently attached to our Conveyancing Department at our Shah Alam Branch.

KHAIRUNNISAH SAIRAH BT ABD. RAZAK

Graduated with Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from University Technology Mara (UiTM). She has completed her pupilage in the Chamber of Dato Add Gani Che Man our Managing Partner Kuala Lumpur and joined the firm as a legal assistant. During her pupilage, she has been exposed to the various aspects of laws especially in litigation. She is now attached to our Litigation Department at our Shah Alam Branch.

FAUZANA BINTI ABDUL KARI

She graduated with Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from University Technology Mara in 2003. She has completed her pupilage with Messrs Winston Ng & Teoh, whereby during her pupilage she was exposed to various aspects of laws especially in litigation. She is now attached to our Litigation Department at our Bangsar Branch
