DATO’ HJ. AB. GANI BIN CHE MAN

The Founder of the Firm was born in Alor Gajah, Melaka and received his secondary education at Sekolah Dato’ Abdul Razak Tg. Malim. Y.Bhg was a former senior police officer with the Royal Malaysian Police Force with the rank of Superintendent of Police. He is a qualified Advocates & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and the holder of a Diploma in Public Administration, Diploma in Law and Advance Diploma in Law from MARA Institute of Technology.

ABDUL RAZAK BIN AMRI

He received his secondary education at the Malay College, Kuala Kangsar and his tertiary education at the International Islamic University, Malaysia. Called to the BAR on 26th September 1998.He handles Corporate, Conveyancing and Banking matters for the firm. He is currently leads our Corporate Department at our Desa Pandan Branch.

FAUZIAH BINTI MOHAMED ALI

She graduated from University of Malaya (UM) with Bachelor of Laws (Honours). She reads in Chamber Pn.Adlina Hasni Binti Dato Zainol Abidin at Messrs. Chin Eng Adlina & Lim. She handles Corporate, Conveyancing and Banking matters for the firm. She currently leads our Corporate, Banking and Conveyancing Department at out Shah Alam Brnach

SARINA BINTI JUSOH

She graduated from International Islamic University, Malaysia with Bachelor of Laws (Honours). After called to the Bar, she had pursued her career as legal practitioner in several legal firms in Kuala Terengganu and Kuala Lumpur. She has been handling conveyancing and corporate matters as well as general and banking litigation. She has decided to join our firm stationed at Desa Pandan branch and currently is attached in Banking and Conveyancing Department.

JUNAIDAH BINTI JAAFAR

She received her secondary education at the Sekolah Menengah Agama Kerajaan Johor, Kluang and graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia with Bachelor of Laws (Honours). She reads in chamber Puan Herlina binti Ahmad Basri at Messrs. Khairuddin Lina Leong & Co, Kajang and currently attached to our Litigation Department at our Johore Branch.

NOORIZA BINTI MOHAMED

She has completed her pupilage in the Chamber of Mr. Mani Maran a/l Chellappan of Messrs V.P. Nathan & Partners Kuala Lumpur and joined the firm as a legal assistant. In Messrs V.P. Nathan & Partners, she has been exposed to the various aspects of laws especially in litigation. She is now attached to our Litigation Department at our Melacca Branch.

FERUZ ANWAR BIN SETH

He received his secondary education at the Malay College Kuala Kangsar and went on to read Law at the University of Westminster in the United Kingdom. Upon his graduation in 1992, he become a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn and, upon passing the Bar Final Examination, was admitted as an Utter Barrister of the Bar of England & Wales in 1993. He was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1994 and thereafter spent a number of years as an Advocate & Solicitor as well as a Legal Adviser. He is now attached to our Johor Bahru branch office.

SUSILA BINTI YUNUS

She received her secondary education at SMKA Maahad Muar Johor. Graduated from International IslamicUniversity Malaysia with Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2005.She has completed her pupilage under supervision of Ms.Norliah Tahir from Messrs Syed Alwi, Ng & Co, Johor Bahru and admitted to the Bar in December 2006 whereby later joined the firm as a legal assistant. Thereafter she has joined Messrs Salina Taib & Co. Melaka as litigation lawyer. She was exposed mainly to civil litigation especially in banking and debt collection claims i.e hire purchase, loan recovery, foreclosure, bankruptcy proceedings, goods sold and delivered, winding up etc. She is now attached to our litigation department at our Malacca branch.

MOHAMMAD ARIFIN BIN ABDUL WAHAB

He graduated from MARA University of Technology Shah Alam with LLB (Hons). He has completed his pupilage in the Chamber with Messrs. Rahim Hadi & Soraya Yong and joined the firm as a Legal Assistant. He has been exposed to the various aspects of laws especially in Litigation. He is now attached at our Litigation Department at our Bangsar Branch.

AMALINA BINTI OTHMAN

She received her secondary education at the Sekolah Menengah Agama Al-Khairiah (A) in Temerloh, Pahang and further completed her study at International Islamic University Malaysia in 2000. She was called to the Bar on 6th August 2001 and thereafter pursued her practice in several legal firms in Kedah and Kuala Lumpur. She has been exposed to various Banking Litigation and Conveyancing matters. She is now handling our Banking and Conveyancing Department in Desa Pandan.

NOR ZURAINI BINTI HARUN

She received her secondary education at the Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan St.Anne’s Convent, Kulim and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Sultan Badlishah, Kulim ,Kedah Darul Aman. She graduated from University of Malaya with Bachelor of Laws (Honours). She has completed her pupilage in the Chamber of Puan Basirah Binti Gulam Rasool of Messrs Salman, Apandi, Mizi & Azmi, Sunway. She was called to the Bar on 1st July 2008 and attached to our Litigation Department at our Bangsar Branch

MOHD RAZIF BIN MANSOR

Razif read his Bachelor of Law (Honours) at University Technology MARA. He has completed his pupilage with Messrs Sooroyar & Co. He has an active practice in Litigation with Messrs MV Kumar & Co and Messrs Zahir Razak & Co. Other than Litigation he is also has a wide exposure in Corporate Legal works during his attachment with Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (“PUNB”) and Shapadu Corporation Sdn. Bhd.. He has both experiences and this unique blend brings and added dimension to the firm’s practice which is currently leads our Litigation Department at Shah Alam Branch and monitoring the same at other branches.
