INTRODUCTION

The Firm was founded on the 6th May 1996 as a sole-proprietor firm by the founder of the Firm, Y.Bhg. Dato’ Ab. Gani bin Che Man, a former senior police officer at the rank of Superintendent of Police of the Royal Malaysian Police Force, before he opted for his early retirement to pursue his degree in law.

The Firm then evolved into a partnership firm with the addition of several partners into the Firm. Amidst the economic crisis in 1997, the Firm continues its expansion program and has grown to become one of several competitive legal firms in Kuala Lumpur. In the very same year, the Firm had opened branches at Melaka and Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan respectively. In the year of 2000, the Firm had further expanded its branch at Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim.

To the Firm, each 'metamorphosis' has brought with it new experiences and enriched our knowledge, and today the Firm Messrs. Abd. Gani Che Man & Co., Advocates & Solicitors, is widely recognized for its broad depth of legal expertise.
